Each element that could possibly cause High School anxiety is exaggerated. Groups based on affiliation are clearly defined, Locker slams are too loud, School pride is at an all time high. Color clashes are pushed to extremes. An academic panic attack of sorts! In the center of it all, we meet Evan. Devoid of trend and color, Evan is decidedly not a part of any of this. The incredible specificity of Gen Z on full display.
FOR FOREVER
A false memory of the perfect day, shared between friends who never knew one another. Clothing catches breeze, colors soften and any sharp edges disappear. We find ways to unite Connor and Evan in this sequence, whereas they are quite different in reality. The number is a comfortable wash of warm neutrals. It is as comfortable and as uncomplicated as an old t shirt.
